Are your farts screwing up your hormones?

Well, your farts might not be the only thing screwing up your hormones… There is so much to this subject that we haven’t even braced. Yes, I’m talking about your gut health. What is the connection between our gut health and our hormonal balance? Obviously, there is a very big connection, as women our entire body works hand-in-hand with everything inside (and yes, there is a focus and connection to our hormones). I’m constantly trying to learn more on how to help women, and learn what information is out there, education plays a key role in my life, and should to others as well. So today, I am going to try to break down the connection between gut health and our hormones – in plain English. In our gut we have a collection of bacterias that is capable of metabolizing and modulating the body’s circulating estrogen. So, with this bacteria in the gut is affecting our estrogen levels, this can impact our weight, libido and mood. If you’re trying to have a baby, just had a baby, or currently expecting, this can be very troublesome – especially the libido part. So our microbiome can do the following: It can regulate hormones and neurotransmitters. Has an essential role in the immune system Contributes to the REGULATION of estrogen levels in the body. Dr Ghazala Aziz-Scott, does a huge in-depth explanation in her article found here. She goes on to state how each role works from gut to hormone. What I found particularly interesting is that imbalance of the gut bacteria and microbiome is VERY common. It can be affected by anything, like genetics, age, weight, diet, alcohol, antibiotics, environmental pollutants, and more. With the amount of times we are recommended antibiotics, the intake of alcohol, or even the environmental pollutants these all play key factors in our gut health (and the lack of health there is). A naturopathic and Dr. Jenna spoke in her article about leaky guts and hormone balances and mentioned that oral birth control can affect gut health as well (even worsening it). Birth control can disrupt the balance of the bacteria in your gut, and can cause nutrient deficiencies. The change in the gut bacteria can then influence your mood, mental health, and trigger inflammation in the gut, causing immune system responses. Both Dr. Jenna and Dr Ghazala Aziz-Scott give some great ideas on better supporting your body to improve gut health. As I’m not a doctor or naturopathic I will just be sourcing some of their ideas as well as one that was given to me from my naturopath a couple years back. Eating Probiotic Rich Foods Eat foods rich in probiotic health, kefir, kimchi, and sauerkraut are usually the most recommended foods. Probiotic rich yogurt is also important – (if you watched my video I mentioned how whole dairy is important for fertility, getting a whole fat, probiotic rich yogurt… you’re using two stones to hit one bird). Vagus Nerve Stimulation There is a part of the brain that hosts this nerve. It signals our digestive organs, proper digestion, and nutrient absorption. It also can maintain the balance of our gut microbiome. Dr Jenna suggests creating a mindful eating environment (no distractions while eating), take a few deep breaths before each meal (to settle and communicate to the body it’s time to eat). Consider our Environment Estrogen can be obtained from the environment and be found around you, every day. In plants such as soya there are phytoestrogens which means foods like Tofu, Soy Milk, and Tempeh contain more estrogen. Then you have something called xenoestrogens, and these are found in fragrances, pesticides, and plastics. Xenoestrogens are absorbed by the body and stored in liver and fat cells which can disrupt the delicate balance of hormones. Supporting our body with a nutrient based diet, focusing on environmental factors, and learning ways to de-stress yourself is super important in supporting your gut health and improving it. This can lead to better hormone balance and improve your chances of conception, or maintaining our daily living as women.
The Proven Method For Connecting with your Inner Self!

What does intuitive mean? in·tu·i·tive /inˈto͞oədiv/ adjective using or based on what one feels to be true even without conscious reasoning Just to give you a little insight on how you need to learn to be true even without conscious reasoning. This can happen through the art of journaling. If you speak to any coach, therapist, or self-help person, they will recommend this as well. I’ve done multiple exercises, ones with prompts, mind dumps, or just a pen and paper. Writing is one of those key sessions that allow you to freely do what you need to. One of the key components that childbirth needs is intuition and a lot of people are not connected or don’t feel that same connection to their gut. Let me tell you a story about a time that I just knew I had a gut feeling it happens quite often and I’ve learned to lean into it because if we don’t we can be led astray. At the time I was about 20 years old and I had a client or a client to be shall I say that I was getting a vibe that we weren’t going to click, but I was young and I was desperate to try to help people. So surely I said yes and that I would help her. Well about a week or two later it turns out she had also interviewed other doulas before signing my contract and one of the other doulas had spoken negatively about me and my age, this led to that same client that I had a gut feeling about deciding that I wasn’t the person for her but she said it in a more negative way. (No need to repeat that here.) So what are some of the five ways that I feel like I can connect better with myself? With journaling you need to focus on a few key elements. Trying to connect with my inner self, to connect with whatever the problem may be. In this case it’s not a problem but it’s pregnancy or having a baby. How are you connecting to it? Then you’ve got a visualization technique. How do you visualize it going down in your mind? Are you constantly thinking the negative way or you trying to see if positively? I also believe that you need to reflect on how you can install a self-care routine that would help better benefit yourself making you become more attuned. One of my virtual assistant clients actually recently told me that she believed I was wiser than most people my age. Obviously at the time of writing this I’m 23 years old and I see things in a way that most young women of my stature think. But I’ve learned to become more aware about what my body needs and less of what other people want of me. Of course I’m not perfect and I don’t think we all can reach that either as there is no such thing as perfect it’s all in our mind. No, what I’m saying here in this very long story I’m telling you today it’s all about how you can better connect with your inner self and my key word for that is JOURNAL. I’m the type to use prompts. I prefer it because it gives me something to start off with. My biggest tip is never think about it, set a timer for say 5 minutes, open your journal and write whatever your brain is having. I’ve had certain exercises like this where I’ve become more aware of something that I never even knew I needed. To finish it off with one more personal story, I took a writing class and we were presented with an exercise to write or draw what our present and future selves look like. In that moment my future self was invisible, there was no me to be seen but the present self was chained down with bearing bricks holding me to the ground. I then looked at that picture and wrote down everything that was in that sense representing the bricks. It shocked me how much I had learned about myself that I didn’t even realize what was going on. Journaling can be that for you as well and maybe writing isn’t your medium, maybe it’s drawing or maybe you need to sing, create music or dance. Whatever your passion is that could lead you to becoming more self aware, DO IT! P.S. If you feel like you need more support with intuitive journaling, I created a journal to do just that for expecting parents!
The Ultimate Doula’s Guide to Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is the perfect way to strengthen your mind and body for birth. As a birth doula (and birthkeeper) I love hearing from clients that they practice Yoga. It’s one type of exercise that most doctors and midwives truly approve of. But why is it so popular? Which type of classes should I be taking? The questions are endless and today I am going to answer them. Is prenatal yoga safe for all stages of pregnancy? Yes, prenatal yoga is known for being safe for all stages of pregnancy. Of course some positions are told to be avoided over others, and some might not bring you the comfort you’re hoping for, but yes it is safe. What are the benefits of prenatal yoga for me and my baby? Lower your blood pressure Cuts down your risk of pre-term labor and other complications. Stabilize your moods Manage your weight And Improve your Labor and Delivery Are just a few of the benefits surrounding prenatal yoga and pregnancy. Are there any specific poses I should avoid during pregnancy? A few poses might be some of the following: Closed Twists Hot Yoga Boat Pose Strong Back Bends Lying Back Poses Abdominal Poses If you find a qualified prenatal yoga class in your area, they won’t even suggest these poses, but if you attend a regular yoga class make sure to avoid them. Can prenatal yoga help prepare for labor and childbirth? Yes, prenatal yoga can help you prepare for labor and childbirth. You’ll find that its breathing exercises are something you can carry over to when you’re getting contractions. Some of the poses might even bring you comfort when you’re going through labor. So it’s a yes all around from this doula! How often and for how long should I practice prenatal yoga? You may find that you can practice for less time during the first trimester with morning sickness, while in the second trimester upwards to an hour. You may want to practice doing yoga for 20-30 minutes every day during all trimesters to give you that sense of standard and balance amongst it. So there are some of the questions surrounding yoga with childbirth. In my perspective as a doula, I believe its a great exercise to be doing during your pregnancy for not only your body but your mind to greater help you with the key things of childbirth.
The Mirror and I

As I mentioned in my video about the mirror and my podcast (coming out soon) I have a love-hate relationship with the mirror. There are days that go by and I am in awe of my beauty. I do look beautiful, I am not like any other person, just like you. You don’t look the same as me and that’s okay. Now some days, some days are the hardest, harder than the rest. Some are mediocre days but then days where if I could I’d order a new body of amazon, ASAP. Those are the days when I can cry and the days when I want to scream for the body I have. My brain runs through everything I see, hear and read. The comments people have said stay with me. It fights with my depression having the cruel things people think they can say through the computer or have said in real life to me. They sting and at the moment, I can move past them but when I am at my worst they replay like a broken record. I feel everything, I am known for being over emotional but then I say them to myself. Once I say it then it must be true. We are constantly fighting with ourselves and once you saw my picture, if you made it this far, I am grateful. If not it’s a shame because being plus size has its problems, but everyone attacks others for their differences. “Your nose is to big.” “Your fat.” “Your ugly.” “Your too skinny.” “Your eyes are too far apart.” “You have a unibrow.” “Too long hair.” “Too short, it makes you ugly.” “Too many tattoos, it makes you look like a punk.” No, you aren’t. “You are different than me.” <— that is what we should be understanding. YOU ARE DIFFERENT THAN HOW I LOOK. But that’s okay, we are all made to look different, and there isn’t a right way to look. You are pretty in your own way. So the main thing is trying not to let others’ comments come into our head, we know they are wrong but why don’t we listen to that rational part of us? For that I don’t have the answer, I hope we are able to learn how amazing we are. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women

Do you love your body? What does loving your body mean? Of course, we find the faults in our body, we judge ourselves more than others do. If you ask your partner what they think they probably love the thing you don’t like about yourself. For me, it’s my arms and legs the fat that hangs. I can’t stand it. I am trying to take better care of my health in the past year and I have been doing the best I can in the past five years I have dealt with so much self-improvement and self-loving. How do we turn from self-loathing to self-loving? It’s the golden question and to be honest I don’t even know how I did it. BMI Bull💩

Let’s talk about the BMI Bulls**t! As of this date, my BMI states I am 52.9 when it’s over 30 or higher you are considered obese. Most doctors like to use Morbidly obese just to scare you a little bit more. @bodybravecanada made a wonderful chart on Instagram called BMI Bulls**t. They explain in this image that it’s a tool that was created for healthcare professionals to equate weight with your health. But they claim that weight isn’t the only thing they should be lookingat. Look at the medical history of the patient, cardiovascular health, access to healthcare, blood pressure and mental health. This generation is BIG on equality between males and females and that we should all be treated fairly and equally amongst each other regardless of the differences. Why is this not something that is happening to us Plus size people? It’s unfair and unjust! Equality should be considered regardless of body type, religion, race, culture, gender and so many other things I can’t list them all. I have heard that some people will then be excluded from having a home birth, waterbirth or even midwifery care. I am unaware of that protocol here in Ontario, Canada but I do plan on doing more research into the subject matter. This is such an upsetting situation since I am plus size as well and I know what I want from any future births. To hear this just drives me mad and thought it important to share it with others. We fight for equality, but this is something that should be fought more for us plus-size women. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women
