10 Items You Need for Twins: Duplicate or Not

Everyone, I am so excited to be having Nicole do a guest post for us today! She is going to be talking about a very important topic that all twin parents might possibly be going through! If you’re having twins I highly recommend you check out her website. All of her info will be at the bottom of the blog… enjoy! It can be an overwhelming experience when you find out you’re pregnant with twins. Quickly your mind goes to how can I afford two of everything? Below I’ll dive into 5 things you do need in duplicate and 5 things you don’t. What You Need in Duplicate Though you won’t need everything in duplicate, there are some things that you will.  Diapers are the main thing you’ll need in duplicate and that will put a decent dent in your wallet. For a couple of years we had 3 kids in diapers…it wasn’t cheap. We’d stock up when there were deals and we got off-brand Target diapers. They worked well and were cheap compared to the name brands.  You’ll likely need twice the amount of wipes as well. We would get them in bulk as much as possible, 8 packs in a box, but don’t go too crazy with the wipes as they can dry out if you buy too many ahead of time. The 8 packs at a time worked out well for us though! Bassinet or Crib Though it’s tempting to save money and space to have your twins sharing a sleeping area, it is not advised. The American Academy of Pediatrics strongly recommends babies don’t share a sleeping area due to the increased risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Even though they look all cute snuggled together, it’s not safe as they may accidentally smother each other. As an aside, it’s not safe to have anything in their bassinet or crib for the first year of their lives including blankets or stuffed animals.  Bottles if you’re pumping breastmilk or feeding formula, are something that you’ll need double of for twins, unless you want to be doing a lot of dishes throughout the day. Bouncers are something you don’t have to have two of but I would really recommend it. We used ours for everything from feeding our twins’ bottles to supervised naps, and play time.  What You Don’t Need Two Of Diaper Cream if you’re changing diapers in the same spot for both twins, you likely won’t need more than one tube of diaper cream. My twins hardly needed it at all. High Chair is not required to be in duplicate if you don’t have the budget or space for it and/or you don’t plan on feeding your twins at the same time once they can eat solids at 6 months and beyond.  Breast Pump is luckily something you don’t need two of since only one is typically covered by insurance and they’re expensive when purchased outright. You’ll likely make twice as much milk as a mother who just had a singleton so be prepared for that, having extra bottles or bags on hand to store breastmilk, but you don’t need a second breast pump at least.  Tummy Time Mat is another thing you really don’t need two of. If you get a decent sized one you’ll easily be able to fit them both on it, at least their tummies and heads and their legs can be off the mat. Even though we had two, we typically just used one of them.  Diaper Bag you don’t need two of just because you have two babies. I actually used one diaper bag for all 3 of my kids, including my twin newborns and 2 year old. Preparing for Twins Those are just the beginning of things you’ll need for twins, whether you need duplicate or not. 5 Ways to Really Help a New Mom

Being a new mom is a love/hate relationship, you love your new baby you are really happy, but you are also sleep deprived, sore, and just not happy about things at the same time. There are ways to make this time less stressful with some careful planning you can make the first 6 weeks of being a mom a breeze. All the other moms will be jealous and its up to you to inform other moms of what you learned here today! Do you know you can plan the postpartum time period? One of my prenatals goes all over the fourth trimester. The ones not many talk about, it is coming up more in conversation though. So maybe you already heard it! I am going to give you some tips that might help and it’s your job to startplanning them out now! Here are a few ways to help a new mom. (Either get help or help another woman out) 1. Sleep. If there is any way to get mom to get some sleep, you can tell her you will watch the baby. Just allow her some time to get some well-deserved and needed rest. 2. Food. Do you like to eat? So do new families! Sometimes it’s harder to get the required healthy food if you are caring for a new little one with breastfeeding, diapers and trying to keep sleep and life moving. 3. Pictures. Of course, I am the type to ask before taking pictures but try to snap a few in the moment. You only live once, and these days are numbered before long they grow. And it goes so fast! 4. Laundry. Do you do laundry? Well, a new momma might need some help. Cleaning all the baby’s clothes because she changed the baby like 4-5 times a day because of little fun surprises in diapers that went elsewhere. Blankets and other things might need washing. 5. Clean. Cleaning is something a new mother might be worrying about. Maybe while she is taking care of the baby do something small by helping around the house washing some dishes or cleaning the table off. Just little things might make a new mother very happy. 6. BONUS: Sometimes you don’t have time to sit there for hours helping. That is okay. There is someone who does that as a job. You could chip in to help for a Postpartum doula in the area to help with things around the house and baby so parents can sleep. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women

All About Postpartum Doulas

I took my training to be a fertility, birth and postpartum doula. It was one of the best choices I made since; I really love anything about the female body. Including babies. (but who doesn’t?) What is a postpartum doula you may ask? Well as everyone probably knows by now when you come here a doula is a person who provides emotional, informational and physical support. Now as a postpartum doula that support can come in so many different shades. – I’m not talking about 50 shades of gray either! You can get help with some food (I cook you know), you can also get support with newborn care (want a break from changing diapers?), breastfeeding support, and any and all emotionalsupport. Now let’s talk about emotional support; I really love to talk but I love to listen and hear the struggles, the good and the bad. I want to be there for you, the shoulder to lean on. Just know I am there to talk to at all times. My phone is open to you even if you need a quick text. I also can give a hand with light housework (I am good at laundry: folding and washing, and I can put away too) In the end the support is endless, it also really depends on two things: what you need, and what our relationship is. Now if I come at different times things could look like this…If I come at the breaking of dawn, I can prepare coffee or tea, your breakfast. I can help with your breastfeeding or give the baby a bottle. While you shower, I keep an eye on the baby (or older kids). If I am your doula at noon, I can help make you a beautiful lunch, tidy up the house while baby and you nap, do laundry, and dishes and just be that extra ear for a little chat. I can be your doula if you are a work-from-home momma. I can come while you do some work I help with the baby, laundry, dishes, tidying and making sure you have a meal ready for you. Wherever you are in your journey of having a baby let me support you in the best ways possible. I think being a postpartum doula is one of many great perks of being a doula. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women

Is Halloween for Babies?

My first Halloween was at a young age. A time that I don’t remember, but my family does! My parents kept on to the costume and whenever talking about it they would show me the pumpkin costume I wore for my first Halloween. It was nice and warm. There are some really cute Halloween costumes for young babies. You might ask yourself what the point is if they aren’t actually getting the candy! Well, it is time to read a few small ones down below and maybe add them to your to-do list today. 1. You might like to have some fun!You see friends with older kids trick or treating and remember the days when you used to party but you are stuck in between. NOT REALLY! You can still go and have some fun. People love babiesso if you open your door asking for candy they aren’t caring if in the end you will get to go eat. 2. You might like to dress up as well. This is more of an add-on with the above-mentioned but maybe you have some fun dressing up too! Become creative or even find a good one at a local store near your home that provides goodquality costumes that you might reuse in the future. 3. PicturesYou need something to embarrass your kids when they are older. (-insert snicker-) Pictures are a fun way to remember them when they were young. Time is one of those things that can ëy by you. You might like the pictures to remember and I still look back on my pictures of when I was younger. Having a hard time believing that was me. 4. Visit a Halloween Parade.Depending on your area you might actually like to go to a parade that is Halloween themed. With the last months of actual warm or fun days left before the winter storms blow through. This might be something fun to do! 5. Make it Family TimeIf you are trick or treating this can be a good family time. Have a nice stroller. (here in Canada you will need a coat over top of your costumes because we never have a great Halloween.) * Enjoy this time together as you can set it aside if as a couple or other family members to spend it together and enjoy each other’s company and get some good exercise. *Tip: So many times, we have walked in the rain if you are in the local Ontario area bring an umbrella as more than ten plus times we have walked in rain and never brought an umbrella. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women

The Birth of a Family…

Being a doula is such an incredible gift. With my first anniversary of becoming a doula coming up very soon, I am getting a bit emotional.  I have had such a wonderful time with this career. I get to see families being made. My clients are all very special to me. Some days I feel like my heart is so big and so full of love and hope for my clients I feel like I will burst!   When I started this all I dreamed was that I got to see birth and babies. I have learned so much more than that it’s made me full with love and admiration for not only babies being brought earthside. But also the birth of parents. I have always been very empathic and touched by dealing with people. I learn so much from dealing with people and growing as a person.  I was getting my photos ready on my desktop organizing them for a scrapbook of the year that I might be working on with my sister when I saw the sweet photo of me holding a cute baby from a client. Such a wonderful gift to be a doula. I get thank you’s from clients and I am the one who feels I should be thanking them. I always do because… I am the lucky one of seeing a family be born.  play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women
