How To Guide on Eating for Fertility

Firstly I am not a nutritionist, I’m a nutritional doula. I can never diagnose or tell you how to eat. I educate you so you can make informed choices when it comes to your eating habits. My nutritional doula side has been itching to get this out as I had read quite a bit of books on fertility so prepare for some mindful eating tips for fertility. 1. When Should We Be Eating? According to Chinese medicine the best time to eat breakfast is 7am to 9am, as it is the peak time of the stomach. For lunch eating more protein vs carbs is better for your energy levels. The best time to eat carbs is during the evening. Now if you’re anything like me I’m a scheduled eater… if I don’t eat something specifically at 7:30 am, or noon, or even my usual 5pm dinner routine, I can get quite hangry. As a birth doula, I can’t predict my eating schedule, and that’s when things like this are hard to manage. So even though it’s recommended, we all struggle with the day-to-day life being so different for everyone. (Especially if you work in the health care field) 2. Why is Protein so Important? According to studies done on animals low protein can be an indicator of poor egg quality and more protein helps with your FSH and LH hormone production. Protein can be found in quite a few things, and with today’s Protein Powders you can mix it into most meals! Although, personally I am fond of natural protein found in beans, and meat. But the more protein you have can be beneficial for your diet, so try to increase each day to meet your daily needs. 3. All things Iron… Low levels of iron can affect your fertility. It is known that an adequate amount of iron can actually be a guard against miscarriage. Iron deficiency in women is very popular, I myself have anemia and take EasyIron from my local natural nutrition stores. I haven’t even mentioned it but the next time I speak with a naturopath. I wonder why no one has made a connection with my menstruation problems if there is something linking them. I put my doubt here so that you too can always be a detective for your health and promote curiosity trying to learn more about your body. 4. All things Magnesium… Magnesium is another common deficiency and if you’re low on it there is a chance you might be suffering from infertility. Also with it being low you can have an increased risk of miscarriage. Popular foods include: Pumpkin & Chia Seeds Spinach Almonds & Cashews Black Beans Brown Rice Salmon 5. I thought fats were bad for me… It’s the opposite and fats are actually a vital role in our fertility. You can make hormones, transport cholesterol, and helps reduce inflammation. If you are lacking fats you may see an increase in dry skin, PMS, cracked lips, and tender breasts. Eat some butter and thank me later. I always recommend you do your own research, be your own provider to care for your body. You might be like – why I have one and that’s what I hire them for. Well only you know you best, and they may study lots of things for many years, it comes down to putting yourself first. Always. 6. Carb it to me babe… Carbs should make up 55 percent of the food you eat. They are vitally important in maintaining a balance of hormones and blood sugar. There is also a huge difference between fast releasing carbs and slow releasing carbs. 7. What every woman should know about folate… Folate should be a staple in your supplement game. We need a minimum of 400mcg of folic acid daily. At least three months prior to TTC. Follow up with another two months after conception. You can find this in good sources like dark leafy greens and organ meats. And this isn’t everything. Things like vitamin D, B12 vitamins and other minerals are so important. When people are trying to conceive, remember to check your diet for both you and your partner. P.S. If this post didn’t make you hungry… I did not do my job correctly, after writing this, and editing it. I now both desire something to snack on. What a mind game!
Feel Full with 1 Bowl!

With this recipe, you will find that one bowl will keep you full and NOT wanting more. It all started with a round of dishes, This is that side-tracked thing I get – and from dishes it turned into… That turned into a dessert recipe and it moved to me making soup. As most people know I HATE vegetables. So the best way for me to eat them is blended up in a soup. This soup was me just placing a few things in a pot and it turned out so good. I quickly tried to remember everything I placed in there. This was so delicious, as most people know, I LOVE ketchup and anything tomato. So this was a perfect way for me to make my soup and eat it too! Tomato Kale Soup Cooking Instructions
Treating Yourself in Pregnancy (Recipe included)

Do you like to treat yourself? Especially during pregnancy? You need the calories, right? But when you think about treating yourself you make a box of Kraft Dinner Mac & Cheese, Dairy Queen’s Blizzard, or even going to Subway for a Meatball Sub. Now I even enjoy all of those things on rare occasion. Especially with Covid (the way it started out), you had no access to any of those things unless you got it delivered (or had a box in the house already). Now if you are handy in the kitchen you can make yourself healthy alternatives to your favourite dishes. As some of you know I made homemade meatball subs a few months ago because I really wanted one. LIKE SO BADLY and of course when I wanted it, I had no way of buying myself one. So, I made it, I made mac and cheese (because normally we do. But it’s really not that hard.) Regardless the only thing we haven’t made yet at home is a blizzard. My sister does make homemade ice cream and her flavours are always incredible but none the same there are ways to treat yourself while “feeling” healthy. So, make yourself homemade mac and cheese. The recipe is included in this blog. You are welcome. Recipe Below 1 box of elbow macaroni (we use brown macaroni and it makes it heavier)Water (to cover your macaroni)1/2- 1 cup of Milk1/4 cup of flour1/2 Brick of your Fave Cheese (I used Marble)Handful of BreadcrumbsA handful of Parmesan Cheese 1. Cook your macaroni. Do it to your box or I did it for 10 minutes which made it pretty soft which helped when the cheese and the crunch of the breadcrumbs came.2. Preheat oven to 350* (This step is optional. Its edible without baking it but for the crunch with the breadcrumbs I recommend)3. Once you cooked it for ten minutes you should have very little water in your pan. I kept that with my macaroni then poured in my milk. We used 2% for creamier do half and half cream. So many options but what kind of calories do we want to add?4. Turn off the stove and grate your cheese, I did half a brick and then put it inside the pan turning on low heat before mixing it till it was string, now it should be runny-ish. When that is added 1/4 cup of your flour, I did it slowly to avoid little flour balls in areas.5. Turn it off and pour it into your glassware of choice. I used an oven-safe dish. Add the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over top. (You could add salt, pepper, and other spices if you want to make it more “gourmet”)6. In the oven for 10-15 minutes and take out to serve your family a healthier* alternative to KD Mac & Cheese. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women
Doula’s Love on a Plate

I have lots of love. There are lots of love languages. (I will talk about those in another blog) But one of the ways I love to share with you my love is by feeding you. It helps because I am a nutritional Doula and I also have my training from the Government of Canada for working out while cooking. My Food Handler’s course. Forgot the name there for a minute. About to Google and then it comes to me. So much is in my head and I want these blogs RAW for you to know what I am really about. How do I do that? Well as a birth doula, one of my packages offers a Meal Prep day. Having done this with a few clients the system is getting more worked out and it turns out amazing for the families. I have heard only good things about how having freezer meals has saved them with a newborn in the house. I just finished doing one, those are some of the images in the picture. Always a home run is a lasagna! Who doesn’t like lasagna? (never mind I remember a client ) As a postpartum doula, I support you by providing you with a meal depending on the shift. You have the food and I will cook you something. I am starting to learn (the more postpartum doula-ing I do that I need to bring recipes and gloves for the oven.) But I always make a meal or something for you to eat. If I come early you might be getting breakfast, which regarding what’s in your kitchen might be homemade pancakes from scratch to scrambled eggs and toast, or who knowsoatmeal. If it’s lunch what is suiting the taste buds for a good lunch, what about a nice BLT-like sandwich? Or maybe some lasagna? Regardless of when I come, I am helping feed you and nourish the body. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women
