ABC’s of Postpartum: A= Applesauce

I wanted to talk about applesauce. I am not talking about the applesauce you get from the store. Why am I listing this as one of the ABCs for postpartum? Applesauce is one of my favourites for like 10 years of my life I lived off of it, I ate it with most of my dinner meals. I wouldn’t eat without it. So why am I suggesting this for postpartum health? First off, it’s an easy thing to make. The only real work is peeling the apples. But if you have a few friends over and work with it, it will be over in no time. Secondly apples are very healthy for you. It’s mentioned in the common saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” and in postpartum you need good food to keep you healthy. So meal prep and freeze bags of it. Third, it’s also a great food for babies after 6 months when they are starting solids. Again it’s something yummy and healthy for babies too. So, my Postpartum ABC for A is Applesauce. Here is a recipe that’s easy. Apples (to the amount of applesauce you are making)Cinnamon (to taste and optional. I do love my cinnamon)Raw Sugar (just a tiny bit if you are using bitter apples or older apples) Peel them all and cook them in a large pan. This can take 30-40 minutes to cook it to a good softness. Add water so it doesn’t stick to the pan. Make sure to add your sugar and/or cinnamon once finished cooking. If you blend them go and do that once it’s cooled off. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women

Feel Full with 1 Bowl!

With this recipe, you will find that one bowl will keep you full and NOT wanting more. It all started with a round of dishes, This is that side-tracked thing I get – and from dishes it turned into… That turned into a dessert recipe and it moved to me making soup. As most people know I HATE vegetables. So the best way for me to eat them is blended up in a soup. This soup was me just placing a few things in a pot and it turned out so good. I quickly tried to remember everything I placed in there. This was so delicious, as most people know, I LOVE ketchup and anything tomato. So this was a perfect way for me to make my soup and eat it too! Tomato Kale Soup Cooking Instructions

Treating Yourself in Pregnancy (Recipe included)

Do you like to treat yourself? Especially during pregnancy? You need the calories, right? But when you think about treating yourself you make a box of Kraft Dinner Mac & Cheese, Dairy Queen’s Blizzard, or even going to Subway for a Meatball Sub. Now I even enjoy all of those things on rare occasion. Especially with Covid (the way it started out), you had no access to any of those things unless you got it delivered (or had a box in the house already). Now if you are handy in the kitchen you can make yourself healthy alternatives to your favourite dishes. As some of you know I made homemade meatball subs a few months ago because I really wanted one. LIKE SO BADLY and of course when I wanted it, I had no way of buying myself one. So, I made it, I made mac and cheese (because normally we do. But it’s really not that hard.) Regardless the only thing we haven’t made yet at home is a blizzard. My sister does make homemade ice cream and her flavours are always incredible but none the same there are ways to treat yourself while “feeling” healthy. So, make yourself homemade mac and cheese. The recipe is included in this blog. You are welcome. Recipe Below 1 box of elbow macaroni (we use brown macaroni and it makes it heavier)Water (to cover your macaroni)1/2- 1 cup of Milk1/4 cup of flour1/2 Brick of your Fave Cheese (I used Marble)Handful of BreadcrumbsA handful of Parmesan Cheese 1. Cook your macaroni. Do it to your box or I did it for 10 minutes which made it pretty soft which helped when the cheese and the crunch of the breadcrumbs came.2. Preheat oven to 350* (This step is optional. Its edible without baking it but for the crunch with the breadcrumbs I recommend)3. Once you cooked it for ten minutes you should have very little water in your pan. I kept that with my macaroni then poured in my milk. We used 2% for creamier do half and half cream. So many options but what kind of calories do we want to add?4. Turn off the stove and grate your cheese, I did half a brick and then put it inside the pan turning on low heat before mixing it till it was string, now it should be runny-ish. When that is added 1/4 cup of your flour, I did it slowly to avoid little flour balls in areas.5. Turn it off and pour it into your glassware of choice. I used an oven-safe dish. Add the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs over top. (You could add salt, pepper, and other spices if you want to make it more “gourmet”)6. In the oven for 10-15 minutes and take out to serve your family a healthier* alternative to KD Mac & Cheese. play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women play youtube play youtube Brazzer xnxx xvideos porn hentai tiktok download 2002 World Series free Hentai I Need A Loan Todayminecraft Chunk Borders phim xxx Tracksuit Set Women
