What does Natural Birth mean to you?

Here are some scenarios and explain to me which one equals a natural birth to you. You can comment below or on social media. This is really an exercise to see the standard on women and to what they hold even for themselves regarding natural birth and what it means.
Scenario One: The birth is at home, with midwives, essential oils are diffusing the other children are around and there is a planned waterbirth. No drugs and labour started on its own. The birth goes as planned and there is no medical interventions or drugs.
Scenario Two: The birth is at the house. Labour needed to be started with a few stretch and sweeps, there was breaking of the waters. No drugs were implemented, and the birth went without any forceps etc.
Scenario Three: The Birth is at the hospital. Labour was induced and there was use of an epidural. It was eased as the pushing stage happened but was able to have a vaginal birth.
Scenario Four: The Birth is at the hospital. Labour was helped with a stretch and sweep, there was a use of the epidural. Baby’s heart rate lowered and there was need for a c-section.
