a. Digital & Physical Products
All sales of digital products (e-books, guides, courses, etc.) are final and non-refundable. For physical products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
b. Events & Webinars
Registration for events, workshops, or webinars is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to another event.
c. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers. We do not store your financial details. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the provider’s terms and policies.
3. Intellectual Property
