Bereavement Doula Support Is For You If:

Let’s schedule a complimentary, no-commitment consultation with you to learn more about your needs and how my services can best support you and your family. This meeting will be a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss the options that are most suitable for you.

Holistic Support

Having bereavement support is about providing holistic support for all parents/guardians/family members involved, coping and addressing physical recovery, emotional well being, and the practical aspects of what after a loss needs.

Breastfeeding Support

Providing guidance and support, as well as coping with milk production. Choose to pump and give to those in need, or how to stop incoming milk.

Household Support

After experiencing a loss it can be overwhelming to care for household responsibilities. With my support in light housekeeping, meal prep, and other tasks, this allows you to focus on rest and coping through each emotion.

Nourishment

You can’t get through the day without food. Promote healing in the fourth trimester (yes even after loss) with home-cooked meals for you and your family. I also provide 1:1 cooking packages (without bereavement support) if needed.

Every Package Includes:

💥 Weekly/Bi-Weekly Check-Ins (via text)
💥 Honor to Your Baby (Through a personal memorial service or lighting a candle ceremony)
💥 Unlimited Call & Text

Frequently Asked Questions

Also known as a loss doula, I’m a trained professional who provides emotional, physical, and practical support to families experiencing the loss of a baby, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, abortion, or a diagnosis of a non-viable pregnancy.

When you’re in the thick of it, when you need support post abortion, post loss, any time the grief gets hard and you think you can use more help, that is when I become beneficial for families.
