Bereavement Doula Support Is For You If:

My Holistic Approach

As a holistic doula, I weave traditional herbal wisdom, nourishing food guidance, and whole body practices into every stage of your care. This means more than emotional support – it’s about helping your whole body to feel grounded and nourished.

  • Herbal Teas
  • Nourishing food and herbal support
  • Gentle rituals for your mindset

Although my care is holistic it will never bias me from supporting you on a more western path.

Looking for holistic and herbal support through loss? Let’s talk about how I can walk beside you.

Let’s schedule a complimentary, no-commitment consultation with you to learn more about your needs and how my services can best support you and your family. This meeting will be a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss the options that are most suitable for you.

Holistic Support

Having bereavement support is about providing holistic support for all parents/guardians/family members involved, coping and addressing physical recovery, emotional well being, and the practical aspects of what after a loss needs.

Breastfeeding Support

Providing guidance and support, as well as coping with milk production. Choose to pump and give to those in need, or how to stop incoming milk.

Household Support

After experiencing a loss it can be overwhelming to care for household responsibilities. With my support in light housekeeping, meal prep, and other tasks, this allows you to focus on rest and coping through each emotion.

Nourishment

You can’t get through the day without food. Promote healing in the fourth trimester (yes even after loss) with home-cooked meals for you and your family. I also provide 1:1 cooking packages (without bereavement support) if needed.

Every Holistic Package Includes

💥 Weekly/Bi-Weekly Check-Ins (via text)
💥 Detailed Educational Monthly Emails
