Maybe I just complain but I hate flu season! What do you think about the flu season?

I hate getting colds and that nauseous feeling. It is an awful feeling overall. Here are some ways that you can naturally protect your body a bit and even shorten your time.

The flu can last for two weeks but it has been known to go over 2 weeks. If this is happening contact your doctor ASAP.

These tips work for when you have a cold as well. But we all know it is called FLU SEASON, not cold season.
